After you downloaded and installed the QuickWhale Transfer, please run it by clicking the desktop shortcut or shortcut in your programs menu. We recommend you to close and quit the iTunes if it is running in this step. If you don't have iTunes installed on your computer, please visit Apple website to download and install the latest version of iTunes.
iTunes is required to provide the basic drivers for any application to access the iDevice on the Windows system.
Now, you can connect your iPod or iPhone to computer via USB cable. After iPod or iPhone connected, QuickWhale Transfer will detect your device immediately.
After the program deteted your idevice, please click the Media Transfer button to open the Music Transfer
In the Media Transfer, you should be able to see all the music, playlists, movies, books, ringtones on your connected device.
You can select any tracks, books, movies you want to transfer by checking their checkboxes. By default, all the items have be checked already.
If you are satisfied with the selection, please click the Transfer button.
You can use the auto-transfer feature to transfer all the selected tracks and playlists to your iTunes automatically if you checked the checkbox of Transfer to computer and iTunes automatically. All the selected song files and all the playlists will be transferred to the default music location and added to iTunes library.
If you don't want to transfer to iTunes, or you only need to transfer music files from iPhone back to a folder in your computer, you can modify the default settings easily by unchecking Transfer to computer and iTunes automatically. It allows you to modify the folder where to save the music files, or choose which playlists you want to transfer to iTunes.
Click the Transfer to iTunes or Transfer to Folder button to start the transfer
